Duties and responsibilities-

Financial management and Compliances

Setting up and documenting the financial system pertaining to Stock, Sales, Cash and Bank ledger etc.
Ensuring an efficient and clean financial data- in Tally and Excel sheet
Ensuring timely reporting to tax authorities and various stakeholders (Funders)
To review the preparation of annual operating budgets and regular financial monitoring and reporting
To prepare financial statements as per Indian GAAP and facilitate regular auditing of operational finances.
To keep the organization informed on pertinent financial issues and regulatory matters, and provide financial input for program review and evaluation.
To ensure timely conduct of Board meetings, purchase committee meetings, and recording and maintenance of Minutes and other corporate records.
Coordination and visit with board members for compliance-related briefing and authorization, visiting and
To work for GST returns, TDS returns, and other required compliances for organisation MIS Maintenance
Maintain a staff profile, and payroll management.
To issue material issue notes, ensuring internal stock transfer, updating stock register, ledger, conducting monthly physical stock verification, stock registers verification and preparing district wise.

Deliverables:

Daily report on LMST cash and stock status, and coordination with a concerned person at each collection district to obtain the report
Monthly report of LMST P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
Preparation of all documentation in English.
Submit a fortnightly work report to Seniors of the organisation clearly stating the progress report.
Coordinate with chartered accountant for completion of Monthly and Annual compliance on time.

Purpose of Job

The purpose of this job is to develop coordinated strategies and work to create greater access to the entrepreneurial skills in the local community,
Conduct outreach to existing and small businesses entrepreneurs, build relationships to support small business retention and expansion.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, identifying gaps in existing small business resources and education, building critical community and key stakeholder relationships, collaborating with multiple small business service providers to fill resource and education gaps, fostering entrepreneurial growth,
planning and hosting events, and contributing to marketing efforts.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities

Maintains frequent communication with the CEO and team; maintains and nurtures a cooperative working relationship with all Government departments.

Objectives:

With a primary responsibility of supporting the CEO, directed to ensure that NGO’s goals and objectives are accomplished, and operations run efficiently
Managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, and ensures the CEO's schedule is followed and respected.
Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO, with staff, and others, on matters related to the CEO's initiatives. Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO's office and internal departments. Works closely and effectively with the CEO.
